ScienceDirect - Automation in Construction : Collaborative knowledge management—A construction case study
This work is exactly what I am interested in: utilize social network to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of project knowledge exchange. The fundamental problem is: what are the general mechanisms enabling people to distribute knowledge in a systematical and fast way, can we have a "Watch Dog" to suggest people which parts of the documents they need to focus on for getting their job done?
